Herky International’s Downtown Sacramento Herky Campus is a mixed-use development project that comprises a hotel/loft-style residences, fitness center, office space, retail spaces, and a community theater. This campus is unique in the herky International portfolio, as it caters to both residents and visitors. As such, it requires a new approach to wayfinding and outbound messaging.
Herky International was seeking a cohesive branding and wayfinding system for its new campus development. One objective of this project was to provide clear, concise, and effective guidance to visitors and residents. The system should facilitate navigation of the campus, enhance the user experience, and support the brand image of the Herky campus.
